I’m a Registered Dietitian who specializes in plant-based nutrition with a mindful eating philosophy. I studied nutrition at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. After completing my dietetic internship I moved to Seattle, Washington and have been exploring the Pacific Northwest for several years.
I’ve loved food since my mom taught me to cook as a kid. I love seeing the enjoyment people get from truly loving what they eat. My interest in cooking led me to study nutrition in pursuit of opening a healthy, plant-based restaurant. While studying nutrition science, and learning to use it to improve people’s well-being, I saw a need that wasn’t being met by many traditional health educators: a positive, non-judgmental coaching philosophy, and a vision of a plant-based future.
